Healthy Eating
Everyone always wants to be healthy, and
have a good look which makes our life happier and happier. Eating relates
closely to our health and life. If we are not careful with what we eat every
day, we will have a lot of problems with our health. I want to tell you that I
have some tips how to eat healthy.
If we want to be healthy, you need to
go on the diet. IT means that you should start your day by drinking a glass of
water or orange juice, but you shouldn’t have tea, milk or sugar. For Lunch,
you should not eat any fried food, French fried or burger, but instead of this,
you should eat grilled fish with some green vegetables which are really good
for you. If you want pasta for lunch, it is no problems for you, but you
shouldn’t put any cheese or tomato sauce on top. Moreover, you shouldn’t eat
any deserts which contain cream, butter or chocolate. Furthermore, if you still
hungry after lunch time, you should eater some fruits or nuts. For dinner you
should have some soup with vegetables but no dessert. As I told you something
above, eating is really important for you. You should follow me.
