The festival takes place takes place somewhere between the third of January and the second of week of February. It’s not possible to fix date because it base on Chinese lunar calendar.

       Usually preparations for the celebration of the new year is made, months ahead cakes of various kinds,painted or while washed. A kind of red-paper bearing the worlds “prosperity and happiness” are written and huge on the walls. The Chinese regard the red color as auspicious an duchy importance is attached to the fact. On New Year day, the members of the family get up early and pray to gods for the prosperity . The festival last 15 days, people give form each other dress in fine clothes, and visit their relation.
