Traffic accident is social problems which are not easy to sort out in out societies. Traffic accident happen not only in the cities but also in the whole country. These days, the figure of traffic accident has been increasing from time to and many people have injured and died.

There are several causes of traffic accidents.

The first cause is that the major of Cambodia people are not interested in learning traffic law. And they have behind traffic law because they don’t know about the advantages of traffic law. Moreover, most of the drivers don’t have driving licenses and they can drive their vehicle on the roads, but they haven't got techniques in driving, don’t understanding the traffic signs and laws. Another thing is that there in more and more vehicle on the roads, so the roads become narrow, specially, driving rush hours. Some people are in hurry to go somewhere and they drive in high speed. Furthermore, many people are careless when they are driving, crossing roads, turning right or left, and the most important causes in that they drink alcohol when driving, so they drive very badly.

     Every day we read and hear about road accidents, Hundreds of people die on the roads every year and many more are injured or maimed for life. Despite the horrors, the accident rare continues to increase.

      Many factors contribute to his. The roads are very badly from day to day. Thousands of cars, buses, Motorcycles, cycles, and other roads users compete for space. Everyone seems to be in a hurry. All it takes is a small mistake and an accident occurs. Also there are people who are reckless and inconsideration. They take great risks great risks and thus are a danger to themselves and others.

      Then there are faulty vehicles, jaywalker road hogs, drunks, bot holes, traffic jams, and bad weather. Stray animals and other hazards. It cannot get rid of them entirely.
